They chose the day because it's the one year anniversary of the re-election of President Bush.

About 400 protestors marched through downtown and right up to the federal courthouse.

The students say they were so frustrated after last year's election, they had to act

"This is showing that we do have a voice and we can make a difference," said Nedessa Silvestre.

Vanja Graf added: "I can march. I can protest. I can try to get people to vote and come down and protest with me."

The protest was organized by World Can't Wait. The group held similar protests across the country calling for an end to the war and an end to the Bush Administration.
